Ingredients
- 2 ears worth of corn kernels
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Method
1. Mix everything in a bowl.
2. Pour into a baking dish.
3. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until it is golden brown on top and set like a custard, about 30 minutes. (A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.)
