Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken, small pieces
- 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp crushed red chili
- 1 tsp chat masala, optional
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp oil
- Oil for deep frying
Method
Apply all ingredients of chicken.Set it aside for 15 minutes
Heat the oil in wok and fry chicken on slow heat till it changes it color to golden brown and become tender.
Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
