Rice Pakora

  • 1 cup cooked rice(leftover plain rice is best )
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • salt & sugar
  • 11/2 tsp of yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp finely cut onion(optional)
  • oil for frying


Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Heat the oil and pour the batter of rice with the spoon in the oil. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
