- 1 cup cooked rice(leftover plain rice is best )
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tsp rice flour
- 1 tsp wheat flour
- red chilli powder
- turmeric powder
- salt & sugar
- 11/2 tsp of yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp finely cut onion(optional)
- oil for frying
Method
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Heat the oil and pour the batter of rice with the spoon in the oil. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
