Peanut Chutney

  • 100 gm fried groundnuts
  • 2 large onions-chopped
  • 3 chillies-chopped
  • 1/2 kernel grated coconut
  • little tamarind (5 gm)
  • salt

Fry all the above ingredients in oil.

Put them in mixie and grind until the contents become a paste.
Add a little water to achieve consistency of your choice.

Add salt and chillies to taste.
Remove contents from mixie and season them with hot oil, mustard and onions.
