Roasted Salmon Fillet

  • 4 salmon filets, skin on
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ tsp or pinch ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp or pinch dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp or pinch chili powder
  • fresh cilantro for garnish


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C

2. Sprinkle the filets with lime juice, herbs and spices and roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes.

Nothing could be easier to prepare. Just add a salad
