Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets, skin on
- Juice of ½ lime
- ¼ tsp or pinch ground cumin
- ¼ tsp or pinch dried oregano
- ¼ tsp or pinch chili powder
- fresh cilantro for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C
2. Sprinkle the filets with lime juice, herbs and spices and roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes.
Nothing could be easier to prepare. Just add a salad
